Cancellation Policy

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation by emailing us at info@zipnowbags.com or calling +91-7069322904.
  • Once your cancellation request is confirmed, the order will be cancelled and your refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still initiate a return after delivery (see Return Policy below).

Return Policy

At ZipNow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition – unused, unwashed, and with original packaging intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for items that are damaged due to misuse or not in resalable condition.

Return Shipping

  • Customer must courier the product back to our return address.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Customers will need to provide their bank/UPI details when initiating the return.
  • The refund amount will be for the product cost only, after deducting the actual shipping charges incurred by us to send the order.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from ZipNow (zipnowbags.com). For items purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces, please refer to their respective return policies.
